Name: Juniper Berry Steak Rub
Ingredients: 1 part lemon pepper mix; 1 1/2 parts juniper berries; 1/2 part fennel seeds; 1/2 part sea salt

Dry toast juniper and fennel in a saucepan for a few minutes until they release an aromatic fragrance.

Thoroughly grind juniper and fennel in a spice grinder.

Combine with remaining spices.

Add generously to desired cut of meat and pack down.

Pan sear to a golden brown and finish in the oven.

Sprinkle lightly over finished product.
