When they are slightly softened, add the peas and onions. When everything is soft, set aside.4Lightly sauté the shrimp and set aside.5Soft scramble the eggs in a large sauté pan.6Add the rice and soy sauce to the pan with the scrambled eggs and combine for 2-3 minutes.7Add the vegetables to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.8Add the shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes more.9Adjust the seasoning as needed.10Plate and garnish with the chopped green onion.Reset this recipe
