Name: Shrimp Phyllo Packages
Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups green onions, chopped; 4 cloves garlic, minced; 1 tsp cumin; 1 1/2 tsp sweet paprika; 1 lb raw shrimp, roughly chopped; 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomatoes; 1 tsp red pepper flakes; 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped; 1/2 cup basil, chopped; 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice; Salt and pepper to taste; Phyllo dough sheets; Butter or olive oil for brushing; Par-boiled bean sprouts (optional)

Heat oil in a skillet and add green onions, garlic, cumin, and paprika. Sauté for 3 minutes, then remove to a bowl.

In the same skillet, sauté the chopped shrimp, tomatoes, and red pepper flakes until the shrimp is cooked through. Remove to the bowl with the onion mixture.

Add cilantro, basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.

Keep the phyllo dough covered with a damp cloth at all times to prevent it from drying out.

Brush the phyllo sheets with a mixture of melted butter and olive oil.

Cut the phyllo sheets into 3 strips.

Place some of the shrimp mixture on each strip and top with strands of par-boiled bean sprouts (if using).

Fold and tuck the sides of the phyllo over the filling to create a package.

Brush the packages with more butter or olive oil and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
